Nanjing Medical University (NJMU), founded in 1934, is a key university in Jiangsu Province. It is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Education, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the Jiangsu Provincial Government. The university has two campuses with a land area of 87 hectares.
